These terms and conditions (Terms and Condition) govern your use of, access to, and purchase of products through olivierador.com (the “Website” or “Site”). Celegia reserves its right to stop selling a product. Celegia reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Please note that companies are not entitled to invoke rights based on Finnish consumer protection legislation.

PRODUCTS

Products are owned and sold on the Website by Olivier Adór. Olivier Adór strives to be as accurate as possible in its product description. However, we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are completely accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Please note that the product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and although we have tried to accurately reflect the colors of the Products, the colors you see will depend on your screen and may not be accurate.

PRICES

The prices applicable to the products are the prices shown in the purchase chart process when the Order is forwarded to the Supplier. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices are considered to include “VAT” and in Euro.

The Supplier has the right to change the Prices at its own discretion, including several times during the same day and without prior notice, however, taking into account that the new prices apply to Orders already delivered by the Customer to the Supplier.

PAYMENTS

All payments and returns in our online store are handled by Klarna and PayPal. You can pay for your order securely in our online store via your PayPal account, the most common credit or debit cards, online banking or a Klarna invoice.

The Customer will be notified on the same day that he places his order that the Supplier will increase the amount corresponding to the Price of the Products purchased after appropriate inspections. Payment will therefore only be made at that time. In this way, the Customer can be sure that cancellations will not be made before the execution of the Order if there are no Products or the execution of the Order is delayed for reasons beyond the supplier’s control.

SHIPPING

Olivier Adór offers a variety of delivery methods listed at checkout. We aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak hours (such as discount sales, public holidays, and new releases), which may take longer to process.

RETURNS

The consumer has the right to cancel an order placed through the online store and return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that the right of return does not apply to custom-made or custom-made products or sealed products if the seal is broken.

The returned product must be unused and resold. The product must be packed either in its original packaging or in a similar manner.

TAXES & DUTIES

All orders outside the European Union are sent on a DDU basis – Delivery Duty Paid, which means that the prices shown at the Checkout do not include taxes, customs duties and Finnish VAT. This means that local duties may be subject to VAT, import duties and / or taxes. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the exact amount of your order as these charges are imposed directly by local customs and will be sent directly from DHL. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local DHL office for estimated ordering costs.
